Ask me anything leadership edition!
I'm on holiday this week, so hit me with aaalll the questions for when I get back!
I’m on holiday this week, and so this newsletter is also taking a well deserved week off. I do this very rarely, but I’m also conscious of practicing what I preach around boundaries and burn out. It’s important to fully rest and recharge (I wrote this ahead of time don’t worry, not on the beach!) if you want to be at your best as a leader.
BUT I don’t want to leave you stranded either, so…
Here are some links to articles I’ve been reading and enjoying lately on careers and leadership:
Can I actually care less???? (Sarah is one of my favourite writers, and always pulls the gems out of her entertaining meandering!)
The new rules of executive presence (such a useful read with lots to take away)
The route to better culture? Better managers (well duh!)
Brands prepare for the “great exhaustion” of 2026 (fascinating and chimes with a lot of what I’m seeing in organisations right now)
Too many meetings (an oldie but a goodie!)
Here’s the link to the latest chapter in my free summer leadership book club if you want to catch up by the pool!
And here’s where you can ask me anything about leadership!
I’m working on some great posts for when I get back but I ALWAYS want to know what’s most helpful for you!
So tell me and ask me anything on careers and leadership. Toxic bosses, changing jobs (or even careers), how to be taken seriously, how to become more visible, how to lead vs manage, what do you want to know?
What would change the dial for you in your role right now?
Hit reply and ask me a question and I’ll answer them in upcoming editions.
I’m also working on a live event for Sept/Oct, which will be a masterclass (let me know what topics you are interested in?) and free for paid subscribers! So stay tuned!
See you next week,
Louise
