When I started out in my leadership career, there were so many things I got wrong. I eventually got them right, through trial and error, tears and the support of a superb coach. And by watching my (then) baby grow up.
Today I’m sharing the essential trait that we all need if we plan on being effective leaders at work.
This isn’t talked about as much as it should be, in my opinion. Which is strange, as it’s something we are all born with. It’s innate. But sadly, like so many great childish things, it can get beaten out of us by time, experience and hard knocks.
