I’m a bit late today, but I promise there is a good reason. Last night, I spoke to 2,000 people all around the world at a huge global conference, giving a keynote on how to lead change (without losing yourself in the process.) It was a virtual conference, but the vibes were real! And because it was happening in North America, I was up quite late both speaking and coming down from the adrenaline high.
