Hi! I would say, “how are you feeling?”, but I’m aware this is a loaded question out there in the world today…I’m tired and emotional as they say, only without booze being involved!

If you’re feeling similarly sensitive today, then just a reminder to think about self-care, rest and boundaries as you go about your business at work and at home this week. (Last week’s post is a good place to start…) The world is A LOT right now.

That being said, the corporate calendar rolls on doesn’t it? And as we approach the end of this year, it's the perfect time for reflection and planning for your career - AKA - the end of year performance review.

As a new or aspiring leader, your end of year review is not just a formality - it's an opportunity to showcase your contributions and set the stage for future success and growth. And specifically, it’s about how you can prepare effectively to ensure your leadership potential shines through as you start 2025.

Today, we’re diving deep into the end of year review. As a coach, I have some reflective questions to ask you, and some really practical advice too.
