Your September Career Reset part 4: manage your energy NOT your time
Today i'm sharing a game changer when it come to time management
Do you ever get to the end of a week at work and wonder where your time ACTUALLY went?
Do you know you worked far too many hours, but don’t know how you spent them?
Do you look at your diary and see a lot of meetings but you can’t actually remember what was discussed/decided?
Or look back on your week or month in role and wonder what you’ve achieved?
I’m sorry to say this is more common than not in senior roles.
If we don’t master the transition from “doer” to “leader” with aplomb, then we can often be left adrift inbetween.
Neither doing the work that has a tangible result.
Nor leading the outcomes that the organisation depends on.

Then we start to question our purpose in our careers. And lose motivation.
TAKE HEART.

But on this course, I read something that changed my life…
