Can you believe we’re nearly halfway through September already? It’s my daughter’s second week back at school (last year of primary school - sob!) but it feels like she’s been back forever. And has the laundry pile, homework and attitude to prove it…

September has been busy so far hasn’t it? And we’re full throttle now until the end of the year.

Scary.

But it doesn’t have to be.

Today we’re talking professional goals and I’m giving you coaching prompts, advice and tools to help you tackle the last quarter of this year and move closer to where you want to be in your career or leadership journey.

Before we get there, a quick reminder of Part 1 of this September series, where we talked about the importance of your “brand” for career and leadership visibility, and Part 2 where we dove into the power of LinkedIn, even when you’re NOT actively job searching.

And I also want to invite you to a FREE workshop with me, next Tuesday, September 17th at 11:00am GMT. I’ll be sharing coaching advice and essential tips for moving from “manager” to “leader” in your career. In particular, the perils of micro-managing and how it can hold you back in your career. (Take it from a reformed micro-manager!)

Register for my free workshop on letting go of micro-managing (and leading with confidence)

Let’s get into it…

How to boss your goals for the last quarter of this year

  1. Review your progress so far (like, duh…)

I know this seems like such an obvious thing to do, but hear me out…
